How to make spicy Masala Dosa which is a very famous break fast dish. To make this masala dosa u need three things.
1-Spicy red chatni
2-Potato masala stuf
1- HOW TO MAKE SPICY RED CHATNI-:
First we will see how to make spicy red chatni put 1 big onion 1 tomato cut them into small pieces, put it in your grinder add salt according to your taste, add 1 or half spoon red chilli powder, half teaspoon of sugar & grind it and make paste then your chatni paste is ready…..
Next you have to do sizing for this. Take a pan on your stove and add 1 and half table spoon of oil, once your oil is slightly hot then add little mustard seeds(sarso ke bij), 1 teaspoon of chana dal, once your mustard seeds are cracked and chana dal turn brown, add little cumin seeds(jira) finally, then add red chatni paste we made before, and keep your flame sim and cook it for 2 or 3 mints until this chatni becomes slightly thick, because we will spread it over dosa, now our red spicy chatni is ready.
2- HOW TO MAKE SPICY POTATO MASALA STUFF-:
Next we will see how to make this spicy potato masala stuff which make our masala dosa amazing. For making this take a pan put it on your stove and add 1 and half table spoon of oil, once your oil is slightly hot add 2 clove(long) and 1 small piece of cinnamon(dal chini) wait for 30 to 50 sec do it mix well once u do this just remove it from the oil and then add little pinal seeds(pinal bij), 2 tea soon of ginger garlic paste, now fry this ginger garlic paste until it turns brown and then add 1 spring off curry leaves(curry patta), half cutted big onion now u need to cook it until onion gets soft so u can add little amount of turmeric(haldi) this helps your onion to cook fast and it also add good colour.
so now the onion cooked well, now u can add masala powder , add half tea spoon off coriander powder(dhania powder) and half tea spoon off cumin powder(jira powder) and 1 tea spoon of garam masala(if u want the taste according to yourself u can add any of the masala powder like chana masala, pav bhaji masala, sambhar masala etc… instead of garam masala) that will make a different flavour.
Now add 50ml of water once your water starts boil u have to add your vegitables(u can take 3 potato, 1 corrot, little amount of green peas(hari matar)) u have to pressere cooked your vegatbles for three wistle also mash your potatos, after adding your vegetales in the pan now add salt while cooking the batter, mix everything well, your potato masala is ready and finally add some chopped dhaniya leaves. This potato masala stuff can also be used in sandwich, samosa and many more.
3-HOW TO MAKE DOSA BATTER-:
Now u have to make dosa batter for this u need.
1- 2 cups of rice
2-half a cup off urad dal
3-2 tea spoon off fenugreek seeds(methi k bij)
U have to wash them well and soak them in water for three hours after 3 hours grind them in your grinder and make a smooth paste & also ferment for 8 hours then add salt acoording to your taste & now your dosa batter is ready to make dosa.
Now your dosa is ready to surve it will be crispy and tasty. U can serve it to your family and can eat amazing masala dosa in home.
